Coral Bay Beauty is based in Brookvale, New South Wales, Sydney, Australia 2100. We are 100% Australian-owned and operated. All orders are packed and shipped from our Sydney location, ensuring fast processing times and local customer support.
2. Do you have a physical store I can visit?
At this time, Coral Bay Beauty is an online-only store. Our goal is to make premium skincare and beauty products accessible to customers across Australia, without the high overheads of a physical storefront. This helps us offer competitive prices and exclusive online deals.

3. What payment options do you accept?
We accept secure online payments via:

We dispatch most orders within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Rural or remote areas: 5–10 business days

5. Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. Express shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee. If you need your order urgently, we recommend selecting this option for faster delivery.
6. Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. Coral Bay Beauty only ships within Australia. We are working towards expanding our delivery network in the future.
7. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at coralbaybeautyshop@gmail.com. If your order has not yet been packed or shipped, we will do our best to assist.
Once the order is dispatched, unfortunately, we can no longer modify or cancel it.
8. What if I receive the wrong item, a damaged product, or something is missing?
We take quality control seriously. If you receive:

9. Do you accept returns or refunds?
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for change of mind, opened, or used items.
We only accept returns for:
Faulty or defective products
Items damaged during shipping
Orders fulfilled incorrectly

10. How do I know if your products are safe for my skin?
Every product page includes a full list of ingredients. We recommend patch-testing any new skincare item and consulting a dermatologist if you have allergies, sensitive skin, or a medical condition.
Coral Bay Beauty is not liable for skin reactions, allergies, or misuse of products.
11. Are your products cruelty-free or vegan?
Many of the brands we carry are cruelty-free and some offer vegan formulations. We label these clearly on product pages. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to provide more information.
12. Do you offer samples or trial sizes?
While we do not currently offer individual samples, we occasionally include free samples in promotional periods or bundles. Follow us on social media and subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated on sample giveaways and trial promotions.
13. Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can click the tracking link in your email or track it manually through the courier’s website.
14. What happens if my package is delayed or lost?
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe:
First, check your tracking information
Contact the courier using the tracking number

We will investigate and work with the courier to resolve the issue. If your package is confirmed lost or undelivered, we will offer a solution (reshipment or store credit).
